Þetta námskeið er ætlað þeim sem eru lengra/langt komnir í ítölskunámi. Megin markmið námskeiðsins er að æfa þátttakendur í samræðum á ítölsku en einnig verður ítölsk menning og lifnaðarhættir ítala til umfjöllunar.
This course is specifically designed to
further develop language ability and knowledge of Italian Culture for students who have completed Italska I and Italska II, or who have some basic knowledge of Italian grammar, syntax and
vocabulary.The principal aim of this course is to encourage active and practical use of all language skills students have already developed, and to get them acquainted with and self confident in
dealing with specific daily situations. Several aspects of Italian history, culture and contemporary life will be introduced, as well as vocabulary and grammar skills.
Kennari: Federica Scarpa, graduated with honours in Italian Letters and Philosophy at Università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia, with special focus on Cultural/Social Anthropology and Ethno-linguistics.

I have worked in education, teaching Italian to foreign children to assist in their transition to Italian school. Because of a year-long exchange with the Universitat de Barcelona in 2005, I now work as an Italian translator of classic and contemporary Catalan literature.
