• You have your own home page on the Ugla intraweb. Here, you can find various information, such as your timetable, announcements and courses. 

  • Log in to Ugla 

  • New students get a user name in the communication doorway after they pay the registration fee.
  • Watch a video presentation on Ugla 

You confirm and change course registration in Ugla

• You must confirm course registration
• If you fail to confirm your course registration, you are regarded as having withdrawn from the course concerned
• You must confirm course registration for the fall semester (and modify earlier registration if needed) during the period from 5 to 15 September
• You must confirm course registration for the spring semester in Ugla during the period from 10 to 20 January
• You must register for graduation in Ugla
• Registration for the graduation ceremony in June is during the period from January to March

You withdraw from courses using Ugla

• The deadline for withdrawing from courses expires on 5 November for the fall semester and 1 April for the spring semester.
• Students who withdraw from a course are removed from the list of students registered for the examination.
