Movie Night: Whale Fall

17. April 2025 at 19:00-21:00
Movie Night with the Environmental Council

Join us for a special screening of "Whale Fall", a beautifully haunting episode from the climate fiction series Extrapolations.

Set in the near future, the story follows a marine biologist who uses AI to communicate with the last living humpback whale. It’s a poetic and emotional reflection on memory, extinction, and the relationship between humans and nature.

After the screening, we’ll host a light discussion on themes like biodiversity loss, legal personhood for animals, and the role of technology in conservation — all over some refreshments.

Free and open to all — bring a friend, your thoughts, and your curiosity!
